About the Workshop
Do we have the courage to be seen when we have no control over the outcome? To let go of the tools and tricks we have accumulated to stay safe on the stage? To fail enough to accept it as part of growth? To let ourselves be loved by the audience. There is one easy way to achieve all these. Be vulnerable. Have nothing to lose!
In this workshop we will explore various exercises and techniques traditionally associated with clown and Bouffon to slowly soften our shells and to show our beautiful souls.
“What makes you vulnerable makes you beautiful” Brené Brown
Participant Experience
Some improv experience needed, all skill levels welcome.
About Your Teacher
