About the Workshop
Feel confident in bold and ridiculous characters while maintaining realistic and interesting relationships! Throughout this workshop we will attempt to open up every variable available to create an endless palette of characters. From there we will find layers, depth and inner lives of those characters that allow for connections to other characters in the world.
Participant Experience
Some improv experience needed, all skill levels welcome.
About Your Teacher
Tracy has been involved with coaching teams for over 10 years in the Chicago improv community. She has mainly worked with improvisors at the iO Theater and CiC Theater, but has also dedicated her coaching to indie teams as well. In addition to improv, she has been an artistic director at a children's day camp, teaching acting skills to kids age 4-12. She encourages big character work, risk-taking, finding the fun, and physicality to empower one's improv performance.
